ELEVATE GROUP COACHING is a 6-week transformative online, instructor-led journey tailored for established and emerging female leaders. About Liz

In 2005, after finishing my MBA program, I was selected to a graduate leadership program in Canada’s largest bank. Eager-eyed and full of ambition, I was excited to thrive and rise in Canada’s corporate landscape, but as the only biracial woman on my team, I floundered. I lacked confidence and I felt stressed and alone. I often second-guessed my ideas and stayed quiet in meetings. I wasn’t sure how to grow into the leader the program was meant to develop me into.

Fast forward several years and I found myself coaching other women and People of Colour who were struggling with the same things – feelings of inadequacy, not belonging, imposter syndrome, and inner critical thinking. Through my journey, I learned a critical lesson: to change the success of your corporate career, you have to first change yourself. Personally, I learned to reset my thinking, and professionally I helped others begin to do the same. Over time, I discovered the process for expanding into leadership at work while creating an inner foundation of resilience, focus, and impact.

Our methodology teaches women in corporate how to increase executive presence and create a life and career that aligns with your deepest values, all while giving you the calm and resilience you need to thrive both professionally and personally.
