Release Tension. Set Intention

This is a busy week. You don’t have time for hour long meditations.  You’ve barely got time for showering. You’re either wrapping things up at work before the break or wrapping up things at home after dinner. You’ve already resorted to scarfing Christmas cookies between shopping trips and work meetings. We need things to be simple right now. Short and sweet.

Well, here you go. A 2.5 minute meditation that can be snuck in between all your elf doings and holiday hobknobbing. Grab a seat, a pair of headphones, close your eyes. Let the tension drift away and set your focus on what’s important.
